I’ll get to that e-mail later

Outlook

A quick Outlook tip… When I get an e-mail that I need to follow up on by a specific date, I move it to my calendar. This gives me a few options.
- I can schedule the item for a specific date and time and work on it then.
- I can schedule the item to get done sometime over a span of days (by scheduling it as a multi-day all-day event, with Show Time as: Free).
- I can schedule it for review the day before it is due.

great tips! I usually just drag the mail to calendar button, which by default will copy to calendar as text. I use that usually for mail which require action in certain date. The other way for email remainder is to set a flag with reminder, we can set a due date&time which will then remind us.
Something to say?
